Ái nữ 1996 của ông Đặng Thành Tâm (KBC) muốn làm dự án nhà ở xã hội hàng ngàn tỷ tại Long An
Hai dự án nhà ở xã hội đều nằm tại Long An có tổng diện tích 19.2ha, tổng vốn đầu tư hai dự án 7,643 tỷ đồng được Sở Kế hoạch và Đầu tư Long An mời quan tâm đầu tư vào đầu năm 2025. Đến nay, mỗi dự án có duy nhất một nhà đầu tư đăng ký thực hiện.
Sở Kế hoạch và Đầu tư Long An ngày 24/02 thông báo kết quả mở hồ sơ đăng ký thực hiện dự án khu nhà ở xã hội 9.53ha tại xã Đức Hòa Đông, huyện Đức Hòa. Duy nhất một nhà đầu tư quan tâm đăng ký thực hiện là CTCP Đầu tư và Phát triển Nhà Long An.
Dự án được quy hoạch là nhà ở cao tầng dạng chung cư, cung cấp 2,895 căn; quy mô dân số 7,283 người. Tổng vốn đầu tư hơn 3,708 tỷ đồng. Thời hạn hoạt động dự án 50 năm tính từ ngày nhà đầu tư được quyết định giao đất, quyết định cho thuê đất, quyết định chuyển mục đích sử dụng đất. Tiến độ thực hiện 4 năm kể từ ngày có quyết định chấp thuận nhà đầu tư.
Cũng tại Long An, CTCP Đầu tư An Đức Hòa là nhà đầu tư duy nhất nộp hồ sơ quan tâm thực hiện dự án khu nhà ở xã hội 9.62ha tại xã Đức Hòa Đông, huyện Đức Hòa. Tổng mức đầu tư hơn 3,935 tỷ đồng.
Trong đó, diện tích xây dựng nhà ở 3.58ha. Nhà ở xã hội được xây dạng chung cư với 2,991 căn; dân số dự kiến 7,505 người. Tiến độ thực hiện 4 năm kể từ ngày có quyết định chấp thuận nhà đầu tư.
Cả hai nhà đầu tư đăng ký tham gia này đều có liên quan mật thiết với nhau, trong đó có ông Đặng Thành Tâm – Chủ tịch Tổng Công ty Phát triển Đô thị Kinh Bắc – CTCP (HOSE: KBC).
Cụ thể, Nhà Long An thành lập vào ngày 28/02/2024; trụ sở chính tại xã Đức Lập Hạ, huyện Đức Hòa, Long An. Ngành nghề chính là kinh doanh bất động sản.

Vốn điều lệ 650 tỷ đồng, gồm 3 cổ đông sáng lập là Đặng Nguyễn Quỳnh Anh góp 60% (ái nữ sinh năm 1996 của Chủ tịch KBC Đặng Thành Tâm), ông Nguyễn Thọ Tuyển góp 30% và bà Nguyễn Cẩm Phương 10%. Người đại diện pháp luật là ông Nguyễn Mạnh Hà – Tổng Giám đốc.
Ngoài ra, ông Hà hiện là đại diện pháp luật kiêm Tổng Giám đốc Công ty TNHH Đầu tư và Phát triển Thương mại Hà Nội – Sài Gòn. Doanh nghiệp thành lập vào tháng 03/2023, vốn điều lệ 5 tỷ đồng, trong đó ông Hà nắm 95%, còn lại do bà Nguyễn Thị Bích nắm giữ.
Bà Nguyễn Cẩm Phương hiện là Thành viên HĐQT kiêm Tổng Giám đốc CTCP Công nghệ Viễn Thông Sài Gòn (HOSE: SGT) – nơi ông Đặng Thành Tâm làm Chủ tịch HĐQT.
Còn ông Nguyễn Thọ Tuyển từng là Thành viên HĐQT kiêm Tổng Giám đốc CTCP Bất động sản Thế Kỷ (HOSE: CRE) giai đoạn tháng 04/2018-03/2020 và hiện là Chủ tịch HĐQT CTCP Tập đoàn BHS (BHS Group). Trong khi đó, dưới quyền ông Tuyển là ông Vũ Văn Thuận – Phó Chủ tịch BHS Group hiện là đại diện pháp luật CTCP Đầu tư và Phát triển Đô thị Sài Gòn (Công ty con của SGT sở hữu 60% vốn).

Còn Công ty An Đức Hòa thành lập vào ngày 15/03/2024, tại huyện Đức Hòa, tỉnh Long An. Ngành nghề kinh doanh chính là kinh doanh bất động sản. Vốn điều lệ 800 tỷ đồng; gồm 3 cổ đông sáng lập là ông Lê Xuân Nga góp 35% (từng là Thành viên HĐQT kiêm Phó Tổng Giám đốc CRE), bà Nguyễn Cẩm Phương 30% và ông Vũ Văn Thuận 35%. Người đại diện pháp luật kiêm Tổng Giám đốc là ông Nguyễn Văn Vũ.
