Mới đây, Hải quan Khu Công nghệ cao (Chi cục Hải quan Khu vực II) đã ban hành Quyết định số 301/QĐ-CNC về việc chấm dứt hiệu lực quyết định cưỡng chế thi hành quyết định hành chính về quản lý thuế bằng biện pháp dừng làm thủ tục hải quan đối với hàng hóa xuất khẩu nhập khẩu đối với Công ty TNHH Thương mại Dịch vụ Khách sạn Tân Hoàng Minh (Khách sạn Tân Hoàng Minh). Được biết, quyết định này được đưa ra theo đề nghị của Đội Thuế Quận 1 ngày 22/4/2025.
Trước đó, ngày 28/2/2025, Chi cục Hải quan Quản lý hàng Đầu tư đã ban hành Quyết định số 703/QĐ-ĐT về việc cưỡng chế thi hành quyết định hành chính về quản lý thuế bằng biện pháp dừng làm thủ tục hải quan đối với hàng hoá xuất khẩu, nhập khẩu đối với doanh nghiệp này.
Lý do bị cưỡng chế là vì doanh nghiệp có tiền thuế nợ quá 90 ngày kể từ ngày hết thời hạn nộp theo quy định. Số tiền bị cưỡng chế lên đến hơn 31 tỷ đồng.

Như vậy, tính đến thời điểm hiện tại Khách sạn Tân Hoàng Minh đã thực hiện nộp đủ số tiền cưỡng chế thuế vào ngân sách Nhà nước. Do đó, doanh nghiệp đã được gỡ cưỡng chế thuế theo quyết định đã nêu trên.
Công ty TNHH Thương mại Dịch vụ Khách sạn Tân Hoàng Minh được thành lập từ năm 1993, địa chỉ trụ sở chính đặt tại Tầng 16, Tòa nhà Vincom Center TP.HCM, 72 Lê Thánh Tôn, Phường Bến Nghé, Quận 1, TP.HСМ.
Theo ghi nhận tại thời điểm ngày 16/3/2016, ông Đỗ Anh Dũng (SN 1961) đang giữ chức danh Chủ tịch Hội đồng thành viên kiêm Tổng Giám đốc, Người đại diện theo pháp luật của doanh nghiệp này.
Ông Đỗ Anh Dũng được biết đến là Chủ tịch kiêm Tổng Giám đốc của Công ty Cổ phần Tập đoàn Tân Hoàng Minh (Tập đoàn Tân Hoàng Minh) được thành lập năm 1993. Doanh nghiệp hoạt động kinh doanh trên nhiều lĩnh vực như sản xuất và xuất khẩu mây tre đan, kinh doanh khách sạn, kinh doanh phát triển nhà, xây dựng,…
Tại ngày 15/11/2016, vốn điều lệ của Khách sạn Tân Hoàng Minh đang ở mức 2.680 tỷ đồng với 3 cổ đông sáng lập gồm ông Đỗ Anh Dũng góp vốn gần 2,605 tỷ đồng (tỷ lệ 97,2%); ông Trần Hồng Sơn góp vốn 26,8 tỷ đồng (tỷ lệ 1%); bà Nguyễn Thị Như Quỳnh góp vốn hơn 48,2 tỷ đồng (tỷ lệ 1,8%).
Trong đó, cổ đông Trần Hồng Sơn hiện đang là Người đại diện pháp luật của loạt doanh nghiệp đang hoạt động gồm Công ty TNHH Đầu tư Bất động sản THM Land, Công ty TNHH Đầu tư Bất động sản THM Thịnh Vượng, CTCP Thương mại thực phẩm Đồng Cỏ Xanh, CTCP Đầu tư Xây dựng Ngọc Nam, Công ty TNHH Đầu tư và Kinh doanh Bất động sản Tân Hòa Minh; Công ty TNHH Đầu tư Xây dựng Thái Sơn, Công ty TNHH Đầu tư Bất động sản Tân Hoàng Mai, Công ty TNHH Đầu tư Bất động sản Tân Hoàng Việt.
Đến tháng 2/2018, cơ cấu cổ đông có sự thay đổi khi ông Mạnh Hoàng Thao trở thành cổ đông nắm giữ 1,8% vốn điều lệ của Khách sạn Tân Hoàng Minh thay thế vị trí của Nguyễn Thị Như Quỳnh.
Tháng 9/2020, doanh nghiệp thực hiện nâng vốn điều lệ từ 2.680 tỷ đồng lên mức 10.000 tỷ đồng, cơ cấu cổ đông cũng có thêm sự góp mặt của 5 cổ đông mới là doanh nghiệp.
Cụ thể, Công ty TNHH Tư vấn Xây dựng Anh Thắng góp vốn hơn 901,1 tỷ đồng (tỷ lệ 9,01%), Công ty TNHH Đầu tư Thương mại Việt Ngọc góp vốn gần 983,1 tỷ đồng (tỷ lệ 9,83%), Công ty TNHH Đầu tư Phát triển Bắc Hà góp vốn hơn 1.096,3 tỷ đồng (tỷ lệ 10,96%), Công ty TNHH Xây dựng và Thương mại Mạnh Loan góp gần 1.108,9 tỷ đồng (tỷ lệ 11,09%); CTCP Đầu tư và Dịch vụ Khách sạn Soleil góp hơn 763 tỷ đồng (tỷ lệ 7,63%), ông Đỗ Anh Dũng góp vốn gần 5.072,5 tỷ đồng (tỷ lệ 50,73%); ông Trần Hồng Sơn góp vốn 26,8 tỷ đồng (tỷ lệ 0,27%); ông Mạnh Hoàng Thao góp vốn hơn 48,2 tỷ đồng (tỷ lệ 0,48%).
Sau đó, đến tháng 5/2021, ông Trần Hồng Sơn và ông Mạnh Hoàng Thao không còn là cổ đông của Khách sạn Tân Hoàng Minh. Thay vào đó, ông Đỗ Anh Dũng đã nâng tỷ lệ sở hữu vốn lên mức 51,48%.
Theo công bố thay đổi nội dung đăng ký doanh nghiệp mới nhất ngày 30/5/2024, ông Tạ Quốc Việt (SN 1980) đang giữ chức vụ Tổng Giám đốc công ty trở thành Người đại diện theo pháp luật của Khách sạn Tân Hoàng Minh thay ông Đỗ Anh Dũng.
Ngoài Khách sạn Tân Hoàng Minh, ông Việt còn đang là Người đại diện theo pháp luật của doanh nghiệp đang hoạt động là Công ty TNHH Đầu tư Bất động sản Ngôi Sao Việt. Ngoài ra, còn có Công ty TNHH Đầu tư và Dịch vụ Thiên Lang, tuy nhiên đã tạm nghỉ kinh doanh có thời hạn; Công ty TNHH MTV Nguyên Hồng đã ngừng hoạt động nhưng chưa hoàn thành thủ tục đóng mã số thuế.
