Huyện Cần Giờ đã có kế hoạch sử dụng đất năm 2024
Kế hoạch sử dụng đất hàng năm của huyện Cần Giờ đã được UBND TP HCM phê duyệt. Huyện có gần 200 ha đất đăng ký chuyển mục đích sử dụng đất.
UBND TPHCM vừa ban hành quyết định phê duyệt kế hoạch sử dụng đất năm 2024 của huyện Cần Giờ.
Theo đó, huyện Cần Giờ có diện tích tự nhiên hơn 70.445 ha, trong đó đất nông nghiệp 46.586 ha, đất phi nông nghiệp 22.829 ha, đất chưa sử dụng 1.029 ha.

Về đất nông nghiệp, huyện Cần Giờ có 2.240 ha đất làm muối, đất trồng cây hàng năm khác là 1.053 ha, đất rừng phòng hộ 34.350 ha, đất nuôi trồng thủy sản hơn 6.040 ha,…
Về đất phi nông nghiệp, đất quốc phòng – an ninh là gần 44 ha, đất thương mại dịch vụ 37 ha, đất ở đô thị 163 ha, đất ở nông thôn 746 ha,…
Theo kế hoạch được duyệt, năm nay, huyện Cần Giờ thu hồi 36,4 ha đất nông nghiệp, trong đó đất trồng cây lâu năm là 20 ha, đất rừng phòng hộ 12,7 ha.
Đất phi nông nghiệp bị thu hồi 18,4 ha. Trong đó, đất phát triển hạ tầng 5,3 ha; đất ở nông thôn 0,68 ha; đất sông, kênh, rạch là hơn 12 ha.
Về chuyển mục đích sử dụng đất, huyện Cần Giờ có hơn 190 ha đất nông nghiệp đăng ký chuyển sang đất phi nông nghiệp. Trong đó, đất trồng lúa gần 9 ha, đất trồng cây hàng năm khác là 48 ha, đất trồng cây lâu năm là 83 ha, đất nuôi trồng thủy sản 48 ha, đất làm muối 2 ha.
Đất phi nông nghiệp không phải đất ở chuyển sang đất ở là 0,04 ha. Trên địa bàn huyện Cần Giờ không có diện tích đất chưa sử dụng đưa vào kế hoạch sử dụng đất năm 2024.
UBND TP HCM yêu cầu huyện Cần Giờ công bố công khai kế hoạch sử dụng đất theo đúng quy định pháp luật về đất đai. Đồng thời, tổ chức kiểm tra, giám sát chặt chẽ, thường xuyên việc quản lý sử dụng đất đai tiết kiệm, hiệu quả, đúng quy hoạch, kế hoạch sử dụng đất.
