Tuyến đường vành đai 86.000 tỷ đồng đi qua “Thủ phủ Công nghiệp” bắt đầu được trải nhựa, sẽ hoàn thành sau vài tháng nữa
Sau gần hai năm thi công, dự án đường Vành đai 4 – Vùng Thủ đô đoạn qua tỉnh Bắc Ninh đã cán mốc quan trọng: Những mét bê tông nhựa đầu tiên vừa được thảm xong tại gói thầu 14, địa phận thị xã Thuận Thành (cũ). Các gói 15, 16 cũng đồng loạt tăng ca, huy động máy móc 24/7 để nối dài lớp “áo” nhựa trên toàn tuyến.
Công tác giải phóng mặt bằng là nút thắt lớn nhất của đại dự án gần như đã khép lại. Bắc Ninh đã phê duyệt bồi thường đã đạt 99,9%.
Giá trị thi công hiện đã đạt khoảng 40% khối lượng xây lắp. Nền đường song hành cơ bản hoàn thành và một số đoạn chuẩn bị rải lớp nhựa hoàn thiện. Điều này tiếp thêm niềm tin cho việc hoàn thành sớm một năm đang dần trở thành hiện thực.
Ban đầu, kế hoạch đặt ra là đưa tuyến Vành đai 4 qua Bắc Ninh vào khai thác năm 2027. Tuy nhiên, sau chuyến thị sát tháng 9/2024, Thủ tướng Phạm Minh Chính yêu cầu rút ngắn một năm, hoàn thành trước ngày 31/12/2025.
Ngay sau đó, Bắc Ninh phát động phong trào thi đua “455 ngày đêm hoàn thành xây dựng đường song hành (đường đô thị), đoạn qua địa phận tỉnh. Bắc Ninh cũng chỉ đạo chủ đầu tư, giám sát, đôn đốc các nhà thầu huy động nhân lực, vật tư, thiết bị máy móc, tổ chức thi công “3 ca, 4 kíp”, bảo đảm tiến độ, chất lượng, kỹ thuật, mỹ thuật, an toàn công trường.
Sau khi hoàn thiện hệ thống đường song hành, dự án vẫn tiếp tục triển khai hệ thống đường cao tốc với quy mô hoàn chỉnh gồm 6 làn xe cao tốc, tốc độ thiết kế 100 km/h. Phần đường cao tốc của Vành đai 4 qua Bắc Ninh do UBND TP Hà Nội chủ trì.
Dự án đường cao tốc có quy mô 113 km, đầu tư theo tiêu chuẩn cao tốc loại A, giai đoạn đầu xây 4 làn xe và sau sẽ mở rộng thành 6 làn. Dự kiến cơ bản hoàn thành năm 2026, khai thác từ 2027.
Khi về đích, Vành đai 4 giúp rút ngắn hành trình kết nối Hà Nội – Hưng Yên – Bắc Ninh xuống còn vài chục phút. Điều này không chỉ gia tăng giá trị bất động sản mà còn thu hút đầu tư, tạo việc làm và góp phần vào sự phát triển bền vững của khu vực.
Ngoài ra, vành đai 4 còn mở toang “hành lang vàng” qua hàng loạt khu công nghiệp Thuận Thành 1, Thuận Thành 2, Gia Bình, Nam Sơn–Hạp Lĩnh, thúc đẩy mục tiêu đưa Bắc Ninh trở thành thành phố trực thuộc Trung ương giai đoạn 2021-2030.
Đường Vành đai 4 – Vùng Thủ đô là dự án giao thông trọng điểm quốc gia, có tổng mức đầu tư gần 86.000 tỷ đồng. Tuyến đường dài 112,8 km, đi qua Hà Nội, Hưng Yên, Bắc Ninh, kết nối cao tốc Nội Bài – Lào Cai và Nội Bài – Hạ Long. Đường vành đai 4 dự kiến hoàn thành năm 2026 và khai thác từ 2027.
