Giá bán được Sở Xây dựng phê duyệt là 15,6 triệu đồng/m² cho căn hộ vị trí giáp thang máy, chưa bao gồm 5% thuế VAT và 2% phí bảo trì. Các căn góc và căn vị trí thuận lợi hơn có giá cao hơn lần lượt là 15,9 triệu đồng và 16,3 triệu đồng/m².
