Long An thu hồi 67 dự án đầu tư trong nước và nước ngoài
Các dự án bị thu hồi là do không thực hiện đúng nội dung tại quyết định chủ trương đầu tư, giấy chứng nhận đầu tư như trễ tiến độ, hoạt động không đúng mục tiêu; không báo cáo hoạt động đầu tư.

Chín tháng của năm nay, tỉnh Long An đã thu hồi 67 dự án vốn đầu tư trong nước (DDI) và vốn đầu tư trực tiếp ngoài nước (FDI); trong đó, thu hồi 41 dự án DDI với tổng vốn 4.487,5 tỷ đồng và 26 dự án FDI với tổng vốn đầu tư 65,89 triệu USD.
Theo đó, các dự án bị thu hồi là do không thực hiện đúng nội dung tại quyết định chủ trương đầu tư, giấy chứng nhận đầu tư (trễ tiến độ, hoạt động không đúng mục tiêu); không báo cáo hoạt động đầu tư.
Ngoài ra, tỉnh Long An đã tổ chức thực hiện thanh tra, phối hợp kiểm tra, rà soát 58 dự án; trong đó có 19 dự án trong khu công nghiệp, 39 dự án ngoài khu công nghiệp và ban hành 31 quyết định xử phạt vi phạm hành chính trên lĩnh vực kế hoạch và đầu tư do hoạt động không đúng mục tiêu, trễ tiến độ, không báo cáo hoạt động đầu tư, với số tiền 2,1 tỷ đồng; lập biên bản nhắc nhở 27 dự án.
Ông Nguyễn Văn Út, Chủ tịch Ủy ban Nhân dân tỉnh Long An đề nghị lãnh đạo các sở, ngành tỉnh và địa phương, các chủ đầu tư tiếp tục chủ động phối hợp rà soát, đề xuất xử lý dự án đầu tư chậm, không thực hiện. Các đơn vị tổ chức đối thoại với doanh nghiệp để tháo gỡ các khó khăn, vướng mắc, tham mưu đấu thầu, mời thầu phải chặt chẽ, tránh sai sót; đồng thời, nghiêm túc kiểm điểm, xử lý trách nhiệm đối với các cá nhân, tập thể có sai phạm.
Bên cạnh đó, các ngành chức năng tỉnh tăng cường xúc tiến đầu tư tại các thị trường mới tiềm năng, các tập đoàn lớn; cùng phối hợp thực hiện quyết liệt trong việc quản lý, xử lý đối với các dự án không phép và tập trung lãnh đạo, chỉ đạo quyết liệt, có hiệu quả trong thực hiện bồi thường, giải phóng mặt bằng và tái định cư đẩy nhanh tiến độ thực hiện các dự án trên địa bàn tỉnh Long An./.
