LDG không thể tất toán lô trái phiếu 400 tỷ đồng, đề xuất gia hạn đến quý 1/2024
Theo thông báo gửi Sở Giao dịch Chứng khoán Hà Nội (HNX), CTCP Đầu tư LDG (HOSE: LDG) cho biết đã không thể tất toán lãi, gốc của lô trái phiếu LDGH2123002 tại thời điểm lô trái phiếu này đáo hạn.
Theo kế hoạch, vào ngày 11/12/2023, LDG sẽ thanh toán lãi và gốc của lô trái phiếu LDGH2123002 với số tiền lần lượt 1.8 tỷ đồng và 186.4 tỷ đồng. Tuy nhiên, Công ty đã không thanh toán bất kỳ khoản nào theo kế hoạch. Lý do được đưa ra là vì Công ty đang sắp xếp dòng tiền và cần thời gian để hoàn thành.

LDG đề xuất sẽ thanh toán khoản tiền lãi và 60% khoản nợ gốc vào tháng 3/2024, 40% nợ gốc còn lại sẽ được thanh toán trước đó 1 tháng.
Được biết, lô trái phiếu LDGH2123002 được phát hành vào ngày 10/12/2021 với giá trị 400 tỷ đồng, ngày đáo hạn là ngày 10/12/2023 vừa qua. Lãi suất của lô trái phiếu là 11.5%/năm.
Việc LDG không thể tất toán lô trái phiếu diễn ra trong bối cảnh cựu Chủ tịch HĐQT Công ty ông Nguyễn Khánh Hưng bị khởi tố, bắt tạm giam vào cuối tháng 11 vừa qua, nằm trong quá trình mở rộng điều tra vụ án “Lợi dụng chức vụ, quyền hạn trong khi thi hành công vụ” xảy ra tại xã Đồi 61, huyện Trảng Bom, tỉnh Đồng Nai liên quan dự án khu dân cư Tân Thịnh do LDG làm chủ đầu tư.
Sau sự việc trên, LDG khẳng định Công ty vẫn hoạt động bình thường, các hoạt động kinh doanh, phục vụ khách hàng, giao dịch với đối tác vẫn được thực hiện. Sau sự việc Chủ tịch HĐQT bị khởi tố, bắt tạm giam, ban Tổng Giám đốc đã bố trí nhân sự để xử lý các yêu cầu, cung cấp thông tin liên quan đến sự việc để đảm bảo hoạt động của Công ty đúng kế hoạch và mục tiêu đã thông qua.
Vừa qua, Công ty cũng đã có sự thay đổi nhân sự khi bổ nhiệm Quyền Tổng Giám đốc – ông Ngô Văn Minh đảm nhiệm chức vụ Chủ tịch HĐQT. Mặt khác, Công ty bổ nhiệm Phó Tổng Giám đốc Trần Công Luận vào vị trí Tổng Giám đốc.
Tuy nhiên, tình hình tài chính của Công ty vẫn còn đang gặp nhiều vấn đề khi cơ quan bảo hiểm xã hội huyện Trảng Bom (Đồng Nai) cho biết hiện nay, Công ty này nợ tiền BHXH của người lao động khoảng 6 tỷ đồng, đứng đầu danh sách đơn vị nợ BHXH trên địa bàn. Bên cạnh đó, LDG còn nợ thuế và lương nhiều nhân viên.
