Lâm Đồng đề nghị Tân Hoàng Minh cập nhật đầy đủ thông tin quy hoạch khi đề xuất khu đô thị hơn 4,300ha tại Đà Lạt
Tập đoàn Tân Hoàng Minh mong muốn tiếp tục nghiên cứu ý tưởng quy hoạch dự án khu đô thị thông minh, ứng dụng công nghệ cao, kết hợp khu du lịch và phim trường tại khu vực phía Đông Đà Lạt.
Chiều 03/06, lãnh đạo UBND tỉnh Lâm Đồng có buổi làm việc với Tập đoàn Tân Hoàng Minh về ý tưởng quy hoạch dự án khu đô thị thông minh, ứng dụng công nghệ cao, kết hợp khu du lịch và phim trường, theo báo Lâm Đồng.

Tại buổi làm việc, Tân Hoàng Minh đề xuất được tiếp tục nghiên cứu và lập ý tưởng quy hoạch chi tiết, sau đó sẽ triển khai thực hiện đầu tư dự án trên diện tích khoảng 4,320 ha tại xã Xuân Thọ, TP. Đà Lạt.
Doanh nghiệp mong muốn có quỹ đất tại xã Xuân Thọ đủ để đầu tư dự án, phát triển khu đô thị thông minh, ứng dụng công nghệ cao, kết hợp du lịch sinh thái, phim trường hiện đại và phát triển nông nghiệp công nghệ cao bền vững, với mục tiêu hình thành một khu đô thị vệ tinh hỗ trợ giãn dân cho khu trung tâm Đà Lạt.
Theo đề xuất, khu đô thị mới sẽ được phân chia thành 8 phân khu chức năng khác nhau, hướng đến việc thu hút cư dân từ nhiều khu vực, đồng thời cải thiện sinh kế và chất lượng sống cho người dân địa phương.
Chủ tịch UBND TP. Đà Lạt Đặng Quang Tú đề nghị nhà đầu tư tiếp cận và cập nhật thông tin về các quy hoạch mới nhất liên quan đến giao thông, dân cư, rừng, đặc biệt là Quy hoạch 704 của thành phố để cân nhắc, lên kế hoạch quy hoạch dự án, ý tưởng, thiết kế.
Đại diện Sở Xây dựng Lâm Đồng khuyến nghị rà soát và điều chỉnh một số nội dung cho phù hợp với quy hoạch tổng thể đã được tỉnh phê duyệt từ trước.
Theo Quyết định 704/QĐ-TTg ngày 12/05/2014 của Thủ tướng Chính phủ phê duyệt điều chỉnh quy hoạch chung TP. Đà Lạt và vùng phụ cận đến năm 2030, tầm nhìn đến 2050 (Quy hoạch 704), Đà Lạt có 4 khu đô thị gồm khu đô thị trung tâm lịch sử, khu đô thị nông nghiệp sạch phía Bắc, các khu đô thị phát triển mở rộng phía Đông và phía Tây.
Riêng khu đô thị phía Đông quy mô dân số khoảng 70,000 người, diện tích khoảng 1,700ha hiện đang thu hút sự quan tâm từ các nhà đầu tư, bởi dư địa đất đai còn lớn và định hướng phát triển bền vững, sinh thái, phù hợp với xu thế mới của Đà Lạt.
