Cũng trên địa bàn huyện Quốc Oai, mới đây, phiên đấu 35 thửa đất ở xã Ngọc Mỹ, giá trúng cao nhất lên tới gần 120 triệu đồng/m2.
Tương tự, tại huyện Sóc Sơn, ghi nhận trong phiên đấu giá 33 thửa đất ở xã Thanh Xuân cuối tháng 3, lô trúng cao nhất cũng vượt 120 triệu đồng/m2, gấp khoảng 11 lần giá khởi điểm.

“Đất muốn đưa ra đấu giá phải có trong quy hoạch sử dụng đất, phải giải phóng mặt bằng, đầu tư hạ tầng rồi có phương án đấu giá, xác định giá khởi điểm… Đất đấu giá đảm bảo về pháp lý nhưng lại không nhiều”, ông Bình nói và cho rằng vì đất đấu giá ít, nguồn cung ra thị trường hạn chế nên dễ bị thao túng để đẩy giá lên.
