Dự án nghỉ dưỡng ở Đà Nẵng của ông trùm DatVietVAC được phép bán 18 căn biệt thự
Dự án bất động sản nghỉ dưỡng cao cấp của ông trùm giải trí truyền thông DatVietVAC Đinh Bá Thành, The Nam Khang Resort Residences, mới đây được Sở Xây dựng thành phố Đà Nẵng thông báo 18 căn biệt thự đủ điều kiện bán, cho thuê mua nhà ở hình thành trong tương lai.
The Nam Khang Resort Residences (còn có tên là Mandarin Oriental Đà Nẵng) do CTCP The Nam Khang làm chủ đầu tư, diện tích gần 17.3ha. Quy mô gồm khu nhà biệt thự cao 1-2 tầng, 60 căn biệt thự ở, các hạng mục phụ trợ liên quan, tọa lạc tại phường Ngũ Hành Sơn, thành phố Đà Nẵng.
Trong thông báo ngày 05/07 của Sở Xây dựng, 18 căn biệt thự The Nam Khang Resort Residences (đợt 1) hình thành trong tương lai đủ điều kiện bán, cho thuê mua.

Cập nhật pháp lý cho thấy, năm 2007, UBND thành phố có quyết định thu hồi đất, cho Công ty The Nam Khang nhận quyền sử dụng đất và thuê đất để đầu tư xây dựng Khu nghỉ dưỡng ven biển; Quyết định năm 2021 về việc thu hồi khu đất của Công ty The Nam Khang tại dự án Khu nghỉ dưỡng ven biển, phường Hòa Hải, quận Ngũ Hành Sơn; Quyết định về việc thu hồi khu đất của Công ty The Nam Khang tại dự án Lối xuống biển Future Property Invest, phường Hòa Hải, quận Ngũ Hành Sơn; Quyết định năm 2023 về việc điều chỉnh diện tích giao đất, cho thuê đất và hình thức trả tiền thuê đất đối với dự án The Nam Khang Resort Residences, phường Hòa Hải, quận Ngũ Hành Sơn. Giấy chứng nhận quyền sử dụng đất, quyền sở hữu nhà ở và tài sản khác gắn liền với đất được cấp vào tháng 5/2011.
Năm 2014, dự án The Nam Khang Resort Residences được cấp giấy chứng nhận đầu tư nhưng đến 2024 mới bước vào giai đoạn xây dựng để bắt đầu mở bán hợp pháp. Vào tháng 3/2025, dự án nhận Quyết định chấp thuận điều chỉnh chủ trương đầu tư 780/QĐ-UBND do UBND thành phố cấp lần đầu.
Theo báo cáo của chủ đầu tư, dự án The Nam Khang Resort Residences đang không thế chấp. Sở Xây dựng yêu cầu Công ty Nam Khang chịu trách nhiệm về tính đầy đủ, chính xác, trung thực các thông tin về dự án, trong đó có Chứng thư bảo lãnh thanh toán ngày 27/06/2025 và Tu chỉnh chứng thư bảo lãnh thanh toán ngày 04/07/2025 của Ngân hàng TMCP Quốc tế Việt Nam – Chi nhánh Sài Gòn – Trung tâm kinh doanh KHDN Đô Thành.
Tính đến tháng 10/2024, The Nam Khang có vốn điều lệ 630 tỷ đồng, do bà Nguyễn Thị Ngọc Diệp (vợ ông Đinh Bá Thành) làm Giám đốc.
