Theo đại biểu Cường, muốn thúc đẩy tăng trưởng mạnh trong năm 2025 nhà nước không chỉ chú trọng vào đầu tư công, mà còn phải khuyến khích đầu tư khối tư nhân.
“Về nguyên tắc tăng trưởng kinh tế bằng vốn và lao động, cái gì hút vốn nhiều thì nó sẽ tăng trưởng rất nhanh”, đại biểu Cường phân tích và chỉ rõ nếu bất động sản cứ đổ nhiều vốn vào thì nền kinh tế sẽ tăng trưởng rất nhanh.

“Nếu chúng ta nới rộng sự phát triển của thị trường bất động sản thì nó sẽ cân bằng được nguồn cung, không sợ tình trạng tăng trưởng nóng, dư thừa hàng hoá, tồn kho như của Trung Quốc. Vì vậy chúng ta cần khuyến khích tăng trưởng bất động sản trong giai đoạn này”, đại biểu Cường nói.
Ông cho hay theo thống kê của Bộ Tài chính thì cả nước có 2.212 dự án đang triển khai phải dừng lại do gặp vướng mắc với tổng vốn đầu tư gần 6 triệu tỷ đồng, sử dụng gần 350 nghìn ha đất.
Hiện Nghị quyết số 170/2024/QH15 đã cho phép tháo gỡ vướng mắc đối với các dự án bất động sản tại TP.HCM, Đà Nẵng, Khánh Hòa, nhưng chưa cho phép áp dụng rộng rãi ở các địa phương khác.
“Vì vậy, tôi đề nghị cơ chế xử lý các vướng mắc này này được áp dụng rộng rãi cho các dự án bất động sản ở các địa phương khác để giải phóng được nguồn lực này. Nếu như vậy sẽ đóng góp vào tăng trưởng rất lớn”, đại biểu Cường nói.
Đại biểu Cường cũng đề nghị tập trung giải quyết tốt vấn đề nhà ở xã hội theo Nghị quyết của Quốc hội. Điều này sẽ tạo ra tăng trưởng thực sự bền vững.
