Công ty đường sắt có cựu CEO Chứng khoán SHS và nhà sáng lập Kita Group trở thành tân Chủ tịch và Phó Chủ tịch: Nắm trong tay quỹ đất khủng từ Bắc vào Nam
HĐQT CTCP Tổng công ty Công trình Đường sắt (mã CK: RCC) vừa thống nhất bổ nhiệm ông Vũ Đức Tiến giữ chức Chủ tịch HĐQT nhiệm kỳ 2025 – 2030. Đồng thời, ông Nguyễn Duy Kiên đảm nhiệm vị trí Phó Chủ tịch HĐQT.
Ông Vũ Đức Tiến (SN 1973) từng đảm nhiệm vai trò Tổng giám đốc CTCP Chứng khoán Sài Gòn – Hà Nội (SHS), trong khi ông Nguyễn Duy Kiên (SN 1969) là người sáng lập Kita Group – doanh nghiệp bất động sản nắm giữ nhiều dự án lớn từ Bắc vào Nam.
Theo bản cáo bạch năm 2017, RCC sử dụng quỹ đất khủng, trải dài từ Bắc vào Nam.
Cụ thể, RCC đang thuê 5.976 m2 đất làm văn phòng tại số 131 Thạch Hãn, TP. Huế, thuê 30 năm từ năm 2001; thuê 2.120 m2 đất làm kho vật tư tại số 187 Hùng Vương , TP Huế, cũng thuê 30 năm từ năm 2001.
Tại Hà Nội, RCC thuê 120,8 m2 dùng để xây dựng Văn phòng làm việc ở số 371 Kim Mã, thuê 50 năm từ năm 1993; thuê 2.005,2 m2 đất và 59,3 m2 đất làm văn phòng làm việc và kinh doanh dịch vụ tại 33 Láng Hạ, trong đó, khu đất 2.005,2 m2 được thuê 30 năm kể từ năm 2001.
Thuê 9.998 m2 xây dựng nhà nghỉ cán bộ, công nhân viên ở xã Quang Phú, Đồng Hới, Quảng Bình (nay là Quảng Trị), thuê 50 năm kể từ năm 2005.
Ngoài ra, RCC còn sở hữu 19.306,7m2 đất làm kho. Đây là thửa đất được RCC mua trả tiền một lần, thời hạn đến năm 2046 tại Trảng Bom, Đồng Nai (nay là Bình Phước).
Về kết quả kinh doanh, lũy kế 6 tháng đầu năm 2025, RCC ghi nhận doanh thu thuần đạt 229 tỷ đồng, giảm 27% so với cùng kỳ. RCC lỗ sau thuế gần 31 tỷ đồng, trong khi cùng kỳ lãi 2,6 tỷ đồng.
Về kế hoạch kinh doanh, RCC đặt mục tiêu doanh thu 900 tỷ đồng, lợi nhuận trước thuế 20 tỷ đồng, tăng lần lượt 15,8% và 110% so với năm 2024. Để đạt mục tiêu này, công ty sẽ đẩy mạnh tham gia đấu thầu, ký kết hợp đồng mới và sẵn sàng nguồn lực cho các dự án đường sắt trọng điểm như Lào Cai – Hà Nội – Hải Phòng và cao tốc Bắc – Nam.
