Công ty CP Tập đoàn Đầu tư Địa ốc No Va (Novaland – mã chứng khoán: NVL) vừa công bố thông tin về việc các cổ đông lớn đăng ký bán lượng lớn cổ phiếu nhằm hỗ trợ tái cơ cấu tài chính cho doanh nghiệp.
Cụ thể, Công ty CP NovaGroup, cổ đông lớn nhất tại Novaland, đăng ký bán 3,93 triệu cổ phiếu NVL trong giai đoạn từ ngày 16-5 đến 13-6 theo phương thức khớp lệnh và/hoặc thỏa thuận. Giao dịch nếu thành công, tỉ lệ sở hữu của NovaGroup giảm từ 17,373% xuống còn 17,171%.
Cùng thời điểm, cổ đông lớn Diamond Properties cũng đăng ký bán 3,23 triệu cổ phiếu NVL. Sau giao dịch, công ty này sẽ còn sở hữu gần 165,43 triệu cổ phiếu, tương ứng 8,483% vốn tại Novaland.
Động thái của hai cổ đông lớn được cho là nhằm hiện thực hóa cam kết hỗ trợ tài chính cho Novaland, giúp công ty bảo đảm thanh toán nợ đến hạn và duy trì hoạt động ổn định.
Ngoài ra, 3 cá nhân thuộc nhóm cổ đông nội bộ gồm ông Bùi Cao Nhật Quân, bà Bùi Cao Ngọc Quỳnh và bà Cao Thị Ngọc Sương cũng đăng ký bán tổng cộng 11,58 triệu cổ phiếu NVL vì lý do cá nhân, qua đó đưa tỉ lệ sở hữu của nhóm này về mức 6,818%.

Đáng chú ý, các cổ đông lớn và cổ đông nội bộ đồng loạt bán ra trong lúc cổ phiếu NVL đang có tín hiệu phục hồi. Cổ phiếu này đã tăng đến hơn 60% chỉ trong một thời gian ngắn vừa qua.
Về tình hình tài chính, Novaland cho biết lộ trình xử lý các khoản vay và nợ trái phiếu sẽ được đẩy mạnh từ cuối năm 2026 đến 2027. Riêng các khoản vay trong nước, phần lớn đã được tái cấu trúc thành công, theo hướng giãn thời gian trả nợ. Tập đoàn cũng đã được cấp thêm gần 18.200 tỉ đồng hạn mức tín dụng để phục vụ việc tiếp tục triển khai, xây dựng và bàn giao các dự án.
Về hoạt động kinh doanh, Novaland đặt mục tiêu bàn giao 1.546 sản phẩm trong năm 2025, đồng thời thực hiện thủ tục cấp sổ hồng cho hơn 7.000 sản phẩm trong năm. Một số dự án trọng điểm như The Grand Manhattan và Victoria Village (phân khu cao tầng) đang được đẩy nhanh tiến độ, dự kiến bàn giao từ cuối năm 2025 hoặc đầu năm 2026.
