Lý do hai lần đấu giá khách sạn đắc địa nhất Đà Lạt không thành
Trong hai lần tổ chức bán đấu giá cho thuê khách sạn hơn 6.000m2, tọa lạc ngay tại chợ Đà Lạt, chỉ duy nhất một doanh nghiệp tham gia. UBND TP. Đà Lạt đề xuất tiếp tục bán đấu giá lần ba.
UBND TP. Đà Lạt vừa báo cáo Sở Tài chính và UBND tỉnh Lâm Đồng về tiến độ xử lý hồ sơ đấu giá một số nhà, đất trên địa bàn thành phố, trong đó có khách sạn Golf 3 cũ.
Khách sạn Golf 3 cũ tọa lạc tại số 4 Nguyễn Thị Minh Khai, P.1, TP. Đà Lạt, là tài sản công được giao cho UBND TP quản lý.
Được xây dựng trên khu đất gần 2.000m2, khách sạn Golf 3 cũ có diện tích sàn hơn 6.118m2.
Theo phương án bán đấu giá được phê duyệt, bên thuê khách sạn Golf 3 cũ phải giữ nguyên hiện trạng, thời hạn sử dụng 5 năm kể từ ngày ban hành quyết định phê duyệt kết quả trúng đấu giá.

Cuộc đấu giá lần đầu cho thuê khách sạn Golf 3 cũ diễn ra ngày 11/12/2023 nhưng không đủ điều kiện vì chỉ có duy nhất một khách hàng tham gia trả giá.
Tuy không thuộc trường hợp đấu giá không thành, nhưng cũng được tính là đấu giá không thành công và không có kết quả trúng đấu giá.
Tiếp đó, từ ngày 22/2 đến 12/3/2024, Trung tâm Dịch vụ đấu giá tài sản tỉnh Lâm Đồng đã niêm yết, thông báo quy chế đấu giá khách sạn Golf 3 cũ lần hai. Tuy nhiên, đến ngày 14/3, cũng chỉ có Công ty Cổ phần Thành Thành Công nộp hồ sơ tham gia đấu giá và nộp tiền đặt trước.
Theo quy định, cuộc đấu giá lần thứ hai cho thuê khách sạn Golf 3 cũ tiếp tục thuộc trường hợp không đủ điều kiện để tổ chức đấu giá.
Căn cứ Luật Đấu giá tài sản năm 2016, UBND TP. Đà Lạt không được quyền cho thuê khách sạn Golf 3 cũ đối với đơn vị duy nhất tham gia đấu giá.
Do đó, thành phố đề xuất UBND tỉnh chấp thuận cho UBND TP. Đà Lạt có văn bản đề nghị Trung tâm Dịch vụ đấu giá tài sản tỉnh khẩn trương ban hành, niêm yết, thông báo quy chế đấu giá lần 3 theo quy định.
Khách sạn Golf 3 cũ có tên thương mại là khách sạn TTC Premium – Đà Lạt. Khách sạn này có vị trí đắc địa bậc nhất TP. Đà Lạt khi nằm ngay chợ Đà Lạt và cách không xa hồ Xuân Hương. Với quy mô 80 phòng, giá thuê khách sạn tại đây hơn 1 triệu đồng/đêm.
