Đối với Bộ Công an, Bộ Quốc phòng, phấn đấu trong năm 2024, mỗi Bộ thực hiện 5 ngàn căn hộ NOXH; Xác định nhu cầu nhà ở của các đối tượng do Bộ quản lý; Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các địa phương chuẩn bị quỹ đất đảm bảo đáp ứng nhu cầu, đồng thời chuẩn bị các nguồn lực khác về tài chính, con người… để triển khai hiệu quả các dự án nhà ở cho lực lượng vũ trang nhân dân sau khi Luật Nhà ở 2023 có hiệu lực thi hành.
