Dự án nghỉ dưỡng 4 ngàn tỷ ở Bãi Thơm, Phú Quốc tìm được nhà đầu tư
UBND tỉnh Kiên Giang có quyết định phê duyệt lựa chọn CTCP Đầu tư và Phát triển Thái Phú Toàn là nhà đầu tư thực hiện dự án khu dịch vụ du lịch, nghỉ dưỡng tại xã Bãi Thơm, TP. Phú Quốc.
Theo thông báo yêu cầu lựa chọn nhà đầu tư của Ban Quản lý Khu Kinh tế Phú Quốc, dự án có tổng diện tích đất sử dụng là 42.66ha, được thực hiện trong thời gian 5 năm. Tổng mức đầu tư gần 3,970 tỷ đồng (bao gồm chi phí hỗ trợ, tái định cư hơn 130 tỷ đồng).
Nhà đầu tư thực hiện dự án CTCP Đầu tư và Phát triển Thái Phú Toàn. Công ty được thành lập vào đầu năm 2019, có trụ sở tại phường An Khánh, TP. Thủ Đức. Ngành nghề kinh doanh chính là dịch vụ lưu trú ngắn ngày.
Vốn điều lệ 800 tỷ đồng, được góp bởi: Chủ tịch HĐQT kiêm đại diện pháp luật ông Nguyễn Viết Tuấn (60%), ông Nguyễn Văn Vinh (20%) và bà Trương Thị Dung (20%).
Được biết, ông Tuấn đứng tên đại diện pháp luật của 2 doanh nghiệp khác có trụ sở tại Phú Quốc là CTCP Đầu tư Đức Anh Phú Quốc và CTCP Đầu tư Phương Minh Phú Quốc. Ngoài ra, ông còn đứng tên một số doanh nghiệp tại Hà Tĩnh như CTCP Đầu tư Năng lượng Thiên Long, CTCP Đầu tư Đức Tuấn và CTCP Đức Thành Thắng.
