Đồng Nai phê duyệt đề án khu bảo tồn thiên nhiên gần 1 ngàn tỷ đồng
Đề án du lịch sinh thái, nghỉ dưỡng, giải trí của Khu bảo tồn thiên nhiên – văn hóa Đồng Nai có tổng vốn đầu tư dự kiến là hơn 991 tỷ đồng, thời gian thực hiện dự kiến từ 2023 – 2030.
Ngày 29/12/2023, UBND tỉnh Đồng Nai phê duyệt đề án du lịch sinh thái, nghỉ dưỡng, giải trí của Khu bảo tồn thiên nhiên – văn hóa Đồng Nai, giai đoạn 2021-2030.
Với mục tiêu khai thác, phát huy tiềm năng, lợi thế về tài nguyên thiên nhiên, tài nguyên văn hóa, di tích lịch sử trên cơ sở bảo tồn, phát triển bền vững và huy động mọi nguồn lực xã hội để bảo vệ phát triển rừng, bảo tồn thiên nhiên và phát triển du lịch.
Phấn đấu đến năm 2025, lượng khách du lịch đến Khu bảo tổn thiên nhiên đạt 50,000 lượt/năm, doanh thu từ hoạt động du lịch đạt khoảng 15 tỷ đồng. Đến năm 2030, sẽ thu hút 120,000 lượt khách/năm, trong đó khách lưu trú đạt trên 12,400 lượt, và 111,600 lượt khách tham quan, doanh thu đạt khoảng 40 tỷ đồng; giải quyết việc làm cho trên 1,580 lao động.
Khu bảo tồn thiên nhiên – văn hóa Đồng Nai có tổng diện tích trên 100,571 ha. Trong đó, diện tích có rừng là hơn 65,980 ha và diện tích chưa có rừng hơn 2,071 ha. Khu bảo tồn thiên nhiên trên có 5 hệ sinh thái chính gồm hệ sinh thái rừng kín thường xanh cây lá rộng; hệ sinh thái rừng hỗn giao tre nứa với cây gỗ lá rộng; hệ sinh thái rừng tre nứa thuần loài; hệ sinh thái trảng cỏ, cây bụi và hệ sinh thái ven sông, hồ.
Theo quy hoạch của đề án, có 51 điểm tổ chức các hoạt động du lịch sinh thái, nghỉ dưỡng, giải trí và dịch vụ có khả năng liên kết theo tuyến, theo chủ đề, tiếp cận theo sản phẩm du lịch và các hệ sinh thái.
Tổng vốn đầu tư dự kiến hơn 991 tỷ đồng; trong đó, vốn ngân sách 20 tỷ đồng (chiếm 2%) và 971 tỷ đồng là nguồn kêu gọi đầu tư. Thời gian thực hiện là từ năm 2023 – 2030.
Theo Bộ văn hóa, thể thao và du lịch, khu bảo tồn thiên nhiên – văn hóa Đồng Nai có hơn 1,550 loài thực vật và hơn 1,780 loài động vật với nhiều loài quý, hiếm, đặc hữu. Nơi đây thuộc tiểu vùng bảo tồn sinh thái khẩn cấp, nằm trong hệ sinh thái Trường Sơn; là một trong 200 vùng sinh thái quan trọng thế giới. Khu bảo tồn là sinh cảnh ưu tiên được xác định bởi Quỹ Bảo tồn Việt Nam. Năm 2011, Khu Bảo tồn thiên nhiên – văn hóa Đồng Nai được UNESCO công nhận là Khu dự trữ sinh quyển thế giới Đồng Nai…
