DIG muốn đầu tư 1.7 ngàn tỷ xây gần 1.5 ngàn căn nhà ở xã hội
Tổng CTCP Đầu tư Phát triển Xây dựng (HOSE: DIG) cho biết đang tiến hành lập kế hoạch triển khai dự án nhà ở xã hội tại các khu đô thị ở Vĩnh Phúc, Hà Nam và Hậu Giang.
Nhằm góp phần hiện thực hoá đề án “Đầu tư xây dựng ít nhất một triệu căn hộ nhà ở xã hội cho đối tượng thu nhập thấp, công nhân khu công nghiệp giai đoạn 2021-2030” của Chính phủ, DIG lên kế hoạch xây dựng nhà ở xã hội tại 3 dự án mà Công ty là chủ đầu tư. Các dự án bao gồm: khu đô thị mới Nam Vĩnh Yên tại tỉnh Vĩnh Phúc; khu nhà ở Lam Hạ Center Point tại tỉnh Hà Nam; và khu dân cư thương mại Vị Thanh (DIC Victory City Hậu Giang) tại tỉnh Hậu Giang.
Dự án nhà ở xã hội tại khu đô thị mới Nam Vĩnh Yên có diện tích 170,841m2 với tổng vốn đầu tư 8,038 tỷ đồng, dự kiến xây dựng 5,320 căn. Tiến độ thực hiện dự kiến từ năm 2024-2031, chia làm 4 giai đoạn.
Trong đó, giai đoạn 1 dự kiến thực hiện từ quý 4/2024 đến quý 4/2026 trên diện tích 8,194m2, bao gồm 2 chung cư cao tối đa 15 tầng với 280 căn hộ. Tổng vốn đầu tư khoảng 309 tỷ đồng.
Dự án nhà ở xã hội thuộc khu nhà ở Lam Hạ Center Point có diện tích đất 11,557m2. Vốn đầu tư 379 tỷ đồng, dự kiến cung cấp 344 căn hộ cho 448 người. Thời gian thực hiện dự kiến từ 2027-2028.
Dự án nhà ở xã hội nằm trong khu đô thị DIC Victory City Hậu Giang, có diện tích 95,772m2, bao gồm 851 căn nhà ở liền kề với tổng vốn đầu tư 973 tỷ đồng. Thời gian thực hiện dự kiến từ quý 3/2024 đến quý 4/2030.
Chia sẻ về kế hoạch triển khai dự án nhà ở xã hội, ông Nguyễn Quang Tín – Tổng Giám đốc DIG cho biết: “Việc đẩy nhanh đầu tư xây dựng dự án nhà ở xã hội trên quỹ đất 20% đất ở tại các khu đô thị do DIG làm chủ đầu tư sẽ góp phần quan trọng vào mục tiêu phát triển nhà ở xã hội của địa phương được Chính phủ giao, cũng như đáp ứng nhu cầu rất lớn về nhà ở của người lao động ở Vĩnh Phúc, Hà Nam và Hậu Giang”.
Hiện nay, Công ty đang hoàn thiện các thủ tục pháp lý để sớm khởi công xây dựng các dự án nêu trên.
