Đấu giá khu đất thu hồi của Sobexco ở Bến Cát để làm chung cư hỗn hợp gần 2.8 ngàn tỷ
UBND tỉnh Bình Dương thông qua quyết định chấp thuận chủ trương đầu tư dự án khu đất thu hồi của Công ty Sobexco theo hình thức đấu giá quyền sử dụng đất.
Địa điểm thực hiện dự án thuộc phường Thới Hòa, TP Bến Cát. Ranh giới tứ cận được xác định với phía Bắc giáp đường H26, phía Nam giáp đất dân cư, phía Tây giáp đường Thới Hòa 52, phía Đông giáp đường Đại lộ Bình Dương (Quốc lộ 13) và đất dân cư.
Diện tích đất đấu giá 23,510m2, các chức năng sử dụng khu đất bao gồm: diện tích đất trong cơ cấu (đất phù hợp quy hoạch) 20,378m2; đất đường giao thông và hành lang an toàn đường bộ diện tích 3,132m2. Tổng vốn đầu tư dự kiến gần 2.8 ngàn tỷ đồng. Quy mô dân số khoảng 3,554 người.
Cơ cấu sản phẩm gồm: chung cư hỗn hợp cao tối đa 30 tầng (khối đế 2 tầng, khối tháp 30 tầng và 2 tầng hầm) với tối đa 1,400 căn hộ; nhà ở xã hội; các hạng mục công trình hạ tầng kỹ thuật và hạ tầng xã hội.

Dự án dự kiến thực hiện từ năm 2024-2029; trong đó thời gian đầu tư xây dựng, hoàn thành và đưa vào hoạt động từ 2026-2029.
UBND TP Bến Cát theo dõi, kiểm tra tiến độ triển khai thực hiện dự án, kiểm tra việc quản lý hoạt động đầu tư xây dựng tại khu vực thực hiện dự án, kịp thời xử lý vi phạm (nếu có) hoặc kiến nghị cấp có thẩm quyền xử lý theo quy định.
